Common questions
What counts as practice?
The practice chart (made-up prices), for trying Backtest and the Bot, plus describing, building and previewing indicators. All free. A demo account is coming, with the Bot plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you’ve paid for. Cancel within the 30 days of the money-back guarantee and your payment comes back to you as well.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Moving up starts straight away, and you only pay the difference: you see the exact amount before you confirm. Moving down starts at your next renewal.
Will I get a reminder before a yearly plan renews?
Yes, 35 days and 7 days before. Monthly plans get a reminder once a year.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Full refund within 30 days of your first payment, or of a yearly renewal. Once per person, not per account or plan. You don't have to tell us why. To use it, cancel from Settings within the 30 days, and the payment goes back to your card by itself. If you've already had a money-back refund, under any account, email address or payment method, you can't have another. We may say no where we reasonably believe someone is using more than one account to get around this. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
What about the 14 days to change my mind?
If you are in the UK or the EU, you have 14 days from the day you subscribe to change your mind: you pay only for the days you used, and we refund the rest.
What else might I pay for?
Your broker's commissions, exchange fees and platform fees. Your prop firm's evaluation fees, resets and activation fees. Exchange market data fees on your own entitlement. Your charting platform's own subscription, if it charges one. A Databento subscription, if you choose to add deeper history. We don’t take a cut of any of them.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. Local tax may be added.
