Sometimes the right amount of Wildflower for a while is none, without ending anything. Pause is for that.
How to pause
Open Settings and choose Pause subscription, next to Cancel. It takes effect straight away, and the same button resumes.
What paused means
- Nothing is billed while it lasts. Invoices raised during a pause are voided, so nothing piles up to be owed when you come back.
- Automated trading is switched off. No new entries are taken on any account while the subscription is paused.
- Nothing else changes. Your accounts stay connected and keep their own switches exactly as you set them, your strategies and settings stay, and your Activity and whole trade history stay readable.
We do not close positions over billing, paused included. Anything open keeps its stop and target at your broker. If you want to be flat before pausing, close positions first or use Stop everything.
Resuming
Press Resume subscription in the same place. Billing starts again and your plan is exactly as it was. Accounts you left switched on pick up trading again; nothing that was off is switched on for you.
Pause or cancel?
Pause keeps the subscription alive and bills nothing while it lasts. Cancel ends it at the end of the period you have already paid for. Both keep everything you made, and neither closes a position for you.
What can go wrong
A pause has no end date of its own, so it lasts until you resume it. If you meant to stop paying for good, cancelling is the honest button, and there is an article on what that keeps too.
