Every closed trade is kept, on the account it happened on. There are two places to read them, and each answers a different question.
The account's trade history
This is on the account page. There is one row per closed trade: when it opened, the symbol, buy or sell, the size, the prices and the result. It shows one account at a time. Use it to check your trades against your broker's.
Activity
Activity shows the same trades, written up. Each one carries the reason it was entered, taken from Wildflower's own record, plus your own tags and notes. Use it to review. You can filter by strategy, session, account, symbol, outcome, tag and date.
Activity does not follow the account you picked on other pages. You choose what it shows on the Activity page itself, so no trade is hidden by a choice made somewhere else.
Figures
Trade rows show profit and loss after fees. The trade itself is stored before fees, with the fee saved beside it.
Fees come from your broker. Now and then a fill arrives without one. Rather than show that trade as free, Wildflower uses the published fee for that contract and marks the figure est. (estimated). Estimates are not counted in the account's fees total, which stays your broker's own number. The page says so when any row is estimated.
Your history is kept
Trade history and Activity are kept the same way on every plan, and they stay if you cancel. Removing a broker account archives it rather than deleting it, so the trades on it stay readable.
What can go wrong
If a trade at your broker has not shown up here yet, give it a few minutes first. If it still has not appeared, see A trade at my broker is not showing in Wildflower.
